EXECUTION

1. Rinse the red beans from their juices.

2. Marinate the onion in olive oil and just before it turns brown, add the florin pepper.

3. When the onion turns blonde, add the chopped and the grated tomato with salt, pepper and the chopped pepperoncino (if you want an even more spicy dish, add more pepper).

4. Leave the sauce on low heat to become dense and add the red beans. Stir and leave for 3-5 minutes.

5. Add fresh chopped parsley, stir and serve.

* Can also be served with basmati or brown rice

* Can also be served on tortillas.

* Can also be served with bread and vegan cheese.

• A can of red kidney beans (red beans)
• Chopped onion
• Chopped tomato
• Chopped florin pepper
• 150-180 grams grated tomato (canned)
• Fresh chopped parsley
• Pepperoncino (dried)
