EXECUTION

1. Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until lightly browned.

2. Add the spinach and continue steering for 15 minutes.

3. Put about a tablespoon of tahini per serving (four - five tablespoons for a pack of linguini) and add some water as well. Mix all the ingredients in the pan, adding a cube of vegetable broth, salt and pepper.

4. Boil the linguini, transfer them in the pan with the sauce and stir.

5. Serve, adding pepper and half a spoonful of sesame seeds per serving or fried pine nuts.

•    A pack of linguini
•    1 carrot
•    2 garlic cloves
•    One onion
•    Spinach 250 - 300 gr
•    A cube of vegetable broth
